TAIGAYA is only accepted the customers who had dealings to us on eBay.
(1) Please check our pages on 'How to Order' as well as the 'Fees' associated with ordering.

(3) We bid on an auction or buy specified item.
(4) TAIGAYA will provide you with e-mail notification of action taken.
(5) Auction ends. If TAIGAYA loses said auction, no subsequent e-mail will be sent, and no commission will be requested.
(6) If TAIGAYA wins said auction or purchases an item directly from an online merchant, an e-mail will be sent with part one of your invoice within two days. We ask that you pay this invoice within of receipt. After receiving payment from you, the seller will be paid for your specified item.
(7) Once TAIGAYA receives your goods from the seller, a second invoice will be sent out requesting payment for shipping costs from Japan to your current location. We ask that you pay this fee within 7 days of receipt.
(8) An email with shipping information will be sent to you shortly after payment for international shipping has been received. Your items will be sent out within seven days of this payment.
